Default Feeling very down after morning weigh in...

Another one of those days

Ate 10,500 calories last week...should be able to eat at least 14,000 and maintain weight. Did I lose weight? Nope. Did I maintain? Nope. I gained over a pound. I know the eighteen million reasons why I might have gained, from water retention and sodium intake to soreness. However, it seems more likely that it's due to my ongoing digestion issues I really want them resolved and resolved now. I'm soooooooo done with my 2+ month plateau (as well as 2+ months of feeling bloated and constipated). I've varied calories, varied protein/carb/fat percentages, varied exercise routines, taken breaks, etc. No positive results - if I lose one week, I gain it back the next.... I was actually starting to get excited since the scale moved 2 pounds last Monday, and I was really, really hoping to see it move down again - even just a little, tiny bit -

It's really getting old - hopefully, it will all be sorted after my doctor's exam next Friday....
