Default Garbanzo flour in phase 1?

Is this allowed on phase 1? The only ingredient is "garbanzo beans" so I don't see a reason why not, aside from the fact that the word "flour" is in the title. Does anyone know for sure?

I've seen this question pop up a few times but I can't remember the consensus. I think because there isn't a consensus.

Here is a thread that basically concluded No

And here is one says Yes

This is more of a Maybe

I would personally say it is fine (but I tend to rationalize things that I think are healthy and not very likely to make me have cravings). Also I would use it in small amounts, like a couple of tablespoons tops for Phase 1. Not so sure about large amounts. What did you have in mind to use it for?

Thank you! I used a half cup in my 2 lb tky meatloaf. I have already done phase 1 for 2 consistent weeks, but am lingering here for fear of moving onto phase 2. So, I guess either way it is OK in small amounts. Those links were really helpful.
