Hi everyone! I popped over to grab the pumpkin-black bean soup recipe and figured I'd say hi.
For anyone who didn't hear, we had a little boy in November. His name is Lukas Kristian and he's just about the cutest thing ever. I'm not biased or anything... He was born at home, fifteen days past his due date. He's such a blessing! I will be back here shortly. We had several friends bring us meals after Lukas was born and we're still working on leftovers, so once I'm back to cooking on a regular basis, I do need to come back here for all of your wonderful support. I stayed healthy through the pregnancy but must admit that I took some liberties with the diet.

Hi Kara, I have been following you on facebook throughout your pregnancy to see how you were doing. Lukas is precious and I love the pictures you posted. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the link to the photos, Deb and others told me that Lukas arrived safely and that you were doing well but it's wonderful to see the photos. Lukas is beautiful, everyone looks so happy and the kids look so grown up. YOU look terrific!

It's been fun following the pictures on facebook. What a cute little guy and his sisters and brother just look so sweet with him.
