Hey y'all!
I'm a lifetime member with WW since 1999, but haven't been at goal since 2003 and have been yo-yoing ever since... BUT I'm back at it for good this time (2nd week now), I have a brand new attitude about life in general and I'm happy to be doing this for me, by me!
I'm going to set a 10.8 lb goal for the month of November, because I already lost 5.2 the first week (water weight, no doubt), and I'd like to finish off November under 175, so I think in the remaining 3 WI's I should hopefully double that loss and be at 174.8... WE SHALL SEE!
