Hello all.

I am moving. My trip won't be far though. LOL

I went to my diabetes specialist the other day and he took me off my weight watchers diet and put me on a 1200 calorie diet instead. I will miss everyone here on this part of the forum but I will now be at the calorie counters diet. I am still going to keep doing alot I was already doing on weight watchers but just a little different.

Good news though. I have now lost 2 pounds! Finally a result from all my hard work. My Dr. put me on a new injectable medication also that has a great side effect. Weight loss! It supresses your appetite, so along with my new diet I should start seeing even better results.

I have enjoyed everyone's company and hope to see yall soon.
