Well, another cookout has come and gone
I added just a few more carbs and it felt like a luxury! I ate a little bit of grilled chicken, part of a hamburger patty, tomato slice, half a cucumber, a couple of deviled egg halves and afforded myself the luxury of a small wedge of really sweet watermelon and a small slice of sweet pineapple

I ate my regular breakfast of 3 scrambled eggs and 3 sausages before going, so there was nothing there I couldn't resist
PLUS...I walked my normal 2 miles afterward!........feeeling pretty darned good about myself....
except for this stupid hormonal migraine
