I'm doing well. I just rejoined OA recently and am glad I did. I am working with a great sponsor. I feel great planning out my meals and understand why my life has become so unmanageable. I am grateful for the program, have ordered some literature and am going to some phone meetings. I can't get to many face to face meetings but am looking forward to the one face to face meeting I can get to. I wrote my binge and trigger list and am going to do some writing.
