Personally, Vicodin temporarily completely screws up my losses (basically, if I take it, I gain 2-3 lbs of water weight overnight and it doesn't come off until 2-3 days after). But it's not going to impede fat loss overall as far as I know...it just may cause some water and waste retention. So as long as you're on plan, even with the Vicodin, you should be seeing downward movement.
You're only 35 lbs from your goal, though, so *fast* for you might not be as fast as you're expecting.
