Default TOM and exercise question

Does anyone else have more muscle soreness after a workout if it is during tom? I did what I always do, but my legs are KILLING me. I'm wondering if that is the cause or if there's something else going on.

Hmm well I have not noticed so I help but give me 2 weeks and I will let you know. Hehe. I do know it seems to take more out of me during that time.

I'm on TOM's tail end right now and have had a pretty hectic week:

Monday: belly dancing
Tuesday: gym and belly dancing
Wednesday: running
Thursday: Zumba

On Friday I slept and slept and slept and my body ached like it was going out of style. I've absolutely no idea, to be honest. I'm just trying to get through each day

I always have less energy at the height of my period, and it makes working out harder and the soreness afterward worse. I have really awful periods, though, so I figure it just goes with the territory.

I would say that my back aches more. I feel more of a burning. If that makes sense.

I can't do anything that works my abs during TOM, they burn! In a REALLY bad way, like it hurts to sit, talk, move and I can't focus.

I don't experience extra soreness when exercising at TOM, but like others, I often have less energy. I find taking a calcium/magnesium supplement 3x a day helps, though. When I remember to take it...
