219.8! I actually feel like it might be "safe" to start dreaming about onederland now. Amazing...
I'm off to get my blood drawn - the doctor hasn't checked it since August and wanted to see how my blood sugar and liver enzymes look. I am SO not worried. In April I was panicked that I might have diabetes (I was steps away from pre-diabetic). Now I say test whatever you want, I'm doing just fine!
It's amazing what a difference there is between Onederland for someone who is 6' tall and Onederland for someone like me (5'4"). That is AMAZING! I'm excited to get there myself...but gosh. It's nothing like what you've done for yourself! 2-teens and 6' tall is really, really wonderful! My husband would envy you! He's the same height and 247 and he says he'll be happy with 220, but is shooting for 180. Anyway...sorry...congrats!
Having been struggling myself lately between the 2teens & 220s I know exactly how you feel. There's something about getting into the teens that makes you finally realize that onederland is attainable. I'm super excited for you. You're so inspirational and I can't wait to be here to you when you get into the 200s!! xoxo

So true! 184 is the top weight for a normal BMI for my height, 137 is the low end. Most of the time I hate being this tall, but you can't beat it for weight distribution and masking fat!
