Wow...it's nice to see a loss 2 days in a row. It's been a long time for me. This is day 3 for no exercise while my knee recovers from whatever I did to it Monday at the gym. Tomorrow I will do an UB workout at the minimum.

I reached my 5 lb goal yesterday on 11/13/09 but couldn't get on the website. I don't know if the website was down or what. I will start the next 5 Pound Challenge #86.
