Default Velveeta Shells & Cheese 2% Milk Cups

I had been buying the regular Velveeta cups to satisfy my mac n' cheese craving, but last week I came across these new 2% milk ones. Only 180 calories and 3 grams of fat - not bad for mac n' cheese! And I really can't tell the difference in taste between the two, like I can with some 2% milk products.

Sounds good

Another option is I like to make my own sauce on the stove (lowfat cream cheese, skim milk, pureed butternut squash, little parmesan/cheddar/mozzerella, garlic, fresh ground black pepper, parsley) and serve over steamed veggies or spaghetti squash.

How easy can those cups BE?! Great find, because it sounds like it is a great choice to fill your mac n cheese void!

Yup and I can't be tempted to go back for seconds like if I made the box version, lol! Most things I do okay with portioning, but mac n' cheese is one of my weaknesses.
