Hi everyone,
I'm not really new.I was here a few months back but wasn't too active. At the time I had vowed to lose weight but apparently I didn't stick to the plan for as long as I wanted. I did NutriSystem for a month and it went well.I lost about 20lbs,but I've gained it back and now I want to try again. The thing about NutriSystem is that it's way out of my budget.I couldn't afford it anymore. I wanna lose weight by eating less junk and doing physical work. I plan on joining Gold's Gym in January so that's a head start. I really need motivation.I need support,because I don't get that from relatives and friends. I'm 22 years old and I've never been thin.I don't want to grow old and never know a different side of myself. I've just been reading the forums lately for inspiration,but I want to start my lifestyle change on January 1.That is my New Year's resolution: to lose weight. I know I can do it! All encouragement and support will be needed! In the meantime,I'll keep reading and posting around here in search of more inspiration and motivation.Let me tell you that what I have seen so far is VERY inspirational.I've seen some pictures and read some posts which have left me speechless.One day I hope to leave some people speechless,too so cheer me on! Thanks!~

There is alot of information on the forum, but we have alot right here in 300+ for you to peruse. Check out the "stickied" threads at the top of the page. You'll be amazed at what all is there.

Keep your chin up during the holidays. Make your goal just to hold your own if losing during the holidays is too hard for you. Even a maintain is a success at this time of year.

I've heard from some other people that Nutrisystem is expensive. I like the cheap and the good.
