Have not been feeling so well and had no real energy to come on and post, but I think I am back in the swing of things. I have had time to do small walks every day. My husband and kids have been great to not let me give up. So I am adding a total of 80 min.

About to travel to the parents' house for Christmas, so will post again in a few days, but for now, I did 20 more minutes of walking.

Went for a brisk walk down here (visiting my sister in Va Beach)--no hills down in this area, but I tried to keep up a pretty good pace.

I've had spotty internet access the past few days, so I'm posting a whole week's worth at once -- I did a 30 minute walk Monday through Friday, so adding 150 minutes!
Group total: 150 + 10,918 = 11,068 |
I'm adding 145 min. 20 min from walking around Boston on Friday. 35 min on the exercise bike on Saturday. I also walked 8-10 MILES on Saturday, but am only counting the "aerobic" minutes -- which is 91!!!

Went for another walk in Va Beach on Christmas Eve, which already brings me over my monthly goal, and I've still got a few more days to go!

14 minutes today. It's been hard to get time in while here at my mom's, but even if I don't reach my goal this month I'll get closer than I have yet. I feel like *trying* to meet a goal each month has really helped me develop a habit... when I don't exercise, I notice it, and when I do, I feel better. So I feel like 2006 was a good year for exercise for me--and 2007 is going to be even better.
