big change with my ticker
i found out today that when i first started seeing my primary dr. i weighed 350 pounds so now it seems i have lost a grand total of 58 pounds.. i was both horrified and then happy !

i was thinking 45 pounds but i was using 336 as my starting weight .

What a wonderful bonus for you Patti! I understand that it was a shock to find out that you had originally weighed more than you thought, but I think it makes it more special that you found out now. It means that whatever you have been doing has been working even BETTER than you thought.

thanks Zelma it is definetely an incentive to keep on working. i will get back to my treadmill tuesday after being away from the house for a week and am actually looking forward to it!
