I gotta share my good news! Thanks to Beach Watchers, (I'm on Phase 1 of SB within my WW points range) I have lost 3.7 POUNDS since Friday! And I haven't even exercised, LOL, although I WILL do that today.

thanks yall...im just watching my fat and cal intake. So far today ive not done well. no willpower..chicken leg & 4 freakin corndogs. Thats all im gonna eat. if i let it get too out of control, ill lose it totally lol

I know we had the boob discussion before and I'm glad no one has ever commented on the smallness of my boobs :) Actually they aren't small, just disproportionate. I told a friend of mine once that I just wanted to be proportionate, she basically said I'd tip over if my boobs were proportionate to my size. I know it sounds rude but I thought it was funny and true, I have enough and hopefully they don't shrink much as I lose weight. They have mostly remained the same size.
