I posted my bio in the bio section, but I wanted to introduce myself. I'm daniella. I am 26 and ready for a change. I read the stickies and all, but I am trying to figure out where to start in the community. Things seem to move so fast! I am looking forward to being an active participant. : >

Yes, things do move pretty fast around here, especially in the numbered threads where we talk a lot about our lives. Don't feel you have to "talk" to everyone on those threads, but it's a great place to get to know people!
We have a very active exercise thread, where we set goals in terms of minutes of exercise and then report back to the group -- this has been amazing for someone like me, who really struggles to get the exercise in. You can join at any time and at any level. A number of us have been doing it a while and are starting to set kind of lofty goals, but just getting moving is the key.
And then we track the number of minutes the group exercises, which is fun -- you can learn more about it if you go to the thread itself (it's stickied at the top).
Basically, use the 300+ group (as well of the rest of 3fc) for information and support and the knowledge that this CAN be done!!

Daniella - Welcome to 3FC! Definitely join in on the numbered thread. I am also on LJ - same name as here. That is great that you are getting back to the gym. I had never gone to one before I had my click, and have completely surprised myself by totally enjoying it.
Definitely join in on the chat thread, everyone is very welcoming over there! I am new too and have been here a week. I saw in your bio you are doing the "no plan" plan... That is what I am doing too. Hope to see you around!
