So I became a member of this site... went on my diet and was doing well when i went over board one night drinking ...and things got outta hand for awhile...I am a very emotional person and sometimes my emotions get the very best of me!! I was down for awhile...and sorta went off my diet...and now im back to try again.
I know this is something I want and need and that I have to do for myself. Also I want to be heathier and a little thinner when i go to key west in november for my brothers wedding.
I know that this time i gotta do something different because basicly 800 calories a day wasn't cutting it....i was too hungry.
So if anyone has any advice I am totally open
