We're also tracking how many minutes we have exercised as a group!

Well, last night I worked my behind off, and I'd say about 3 hours of constant sweaty strenuous...maybe more, but definately 3...so that's 180 minutes, bringing the total up to:
OK - I was going to try for longer, but 15 minutes of a tape was enough for me tonight. The important thing is that I stick with it. That makes my personal total 30 minuntes and the group total 300 minutes.
HEEEEEY! The December thread was closed! Since it's NEVER (almost never) too late, so I did 33 minutes (uphill both ways) on New Years Eve. I still didn't make my walking goal for the month (I only did 135 out of 400), but I'm... ready to try again!
For December I'm going to combine my walking and workout minutes - I think I'll like that better since I was working out pretty religiously, but not doing enough walking. So I'm going to calculate 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week is 780 minutes, and I'll bump it up to 800 even just for the challenge of it.
Starting today, 30 minutes... Group Total: 330 minutes! NEEEEEEXT?
Is it Brenda that had a Valentine's goal of 35 pounds? Wow! That's almost a pound a day! Were you thinking of Easter perhaps? I know that one would be too steep for my lazy hinny!

I got to the gym tonight -- 50 minutes with my trainer and 50 minutes on the elliptical. Boy, I sure was beat from my cross-country skiing yesterday, but I perservered .
Just checking in to let you all know that I made it to the gym and I did 1 hour--that's 60 minutes --today. That's counting all of my treadmill time and all of my weight training time. I was there for almost 2 hours so I'm figuring that all of the time spent waiting for machines should be taken out. See you tomorrow.
I'm going to reattempt to join this month. There's going to be a week where I'm not going to be able to do much of anything, so I'm going to account for that and set a very low goal of 300 minutes this month.
Today, I worked with my exercise ball for about 30 minutes.
Add another 30 to mine and you have 60 min so far. Hubby and I will get some more in before the night is through
300+ exer total 556 + 30 = 586 minutes
and yes, it is an energetic goal but I have to get my rump in motion... I gained 12lbs over the holidays that DIDN'T go away!! so now I have added that to my Valentine's goal Even if I can't make it, I will be close!!!!
Hello everyone. You are all doing great so far. I am adding my time from this week so far. I got in 15 mins of Y!F on Sunday, Monday and today. That is 45 mins total for me.
Nothing to add to your hard work but I just wanted to post my goal. I did 400 minutes for a goal last month and missed it by 84 minutes. This month I will set my goal for 500 minutes. Here's to lots of exercise!
