Since I'm new (ish) on this forum, I want to ask:
1. What are you currently doing to lose weight? A particular program, or just good old fashioned calorie counting?
2. What have you tried in the past?
My answers are:
1. The 3-Hour Diet by Jorge Cruise
2. Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Slim-Fast, starvation. I also had a successful stint with Medifast, until my hair started falling out and my heart began to palpitate. I lost 70 lbs in 5 months. I gained 50 of it back, and now I have lost 15 of that 50. (Are ya followin' me?
