Greetings and Salutations!

So far today has been a good one. Didn't have anything but a serving of Cup-A-Soup for lunch but was so busy I didn't get hungry. I was able to splurge a bit at dinner to get my WW points in. Of course if I planned a tiny lunch and big dinner I would have begun grazing by 2 o'clock.

I'm a "gotta have breakfast" person. I try to rotate dry cereal, toast w/peanut butter, and oatmeal, along with coffee or tea, and OJ. Those of you who remember me from previous visits have heard this one. If I have cereal I have to have tea in the morning because, I swear, coffee needs something to dunk in it. On toast mornings I have coffee. So far, (5 days) I've been able to keep away from donuts but if I had coffee w/my cereal 'd be looking for a donut and a 2nd cup of java an hour later. It's strange what sets us off isn't it?

Thin: Sound like you need a long soak in a nice warm tub. That might make your neck feel better.

Terri: Your boss sounds like our 2nd level manager, totally heartless. Lucky for us she's 3 hrs. away, in Buffalo, so usually we only have to listen to her yelling on the phone. Grrrrr.
I think you've found the perfect spot for Ginger. It's hard to place beloved critters but sometimes it's best for them and you. Once, I decided to let a cocker that I'd shown to his championsip, go to live with an older couple in our town. I loved that dog but we were always "at odds". He needed to be an only dog. Anyway a week after he left he chased a burglar out of their house right through a plate glass window! Needless to say he had a family for life and he never, ever, gave these folks a minute of trouble. Letting Ginger go where she'll only carry kids will be so good for her legs and she'll be adored by the youngsters.

JazzGurl: I'm going to have to take a listen. Sounds like you have a fantastic vocal talent.

SueMarie: I just ordered a pedometer too. Now if I could just order new legs.

I know I haven't caught up with everyone but I'm trying. :)
