I am experiencing some new things that I would just like to run by you all. About the same time each day (which just so happens to be about 1pm after I have eaten breakfast, a morning snack and lunch) I get a little bit lightheaded.

I am thinking that it is my body adjusting to this new way of eating. I have been on plan for 5 days now and it started like on the 3rd day.
I am currently 5"7 and 283 lbs. I am consuming 1500 calories a day, less than 40 fat, 100 carbs and 100 protein. I am drinking about 90-100 oz of water as well each day.
Have any of you had this feeling and does it go away after your body adjusts? When I do feel like it, I eat something and it goes away. But now its like I don't know if I am anticipating it and my mind is playing tricks on me or what. Do you know what I mean?
Please help! I figured out that in the past this is where I get to feeling like this and I dont like the feeling so then I usually give up and go back to my old ways... I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE UP!!!! But at the same time, it makes me nervous as well.....
