Oh Barb... you are so good to me. :) Now those are 3 fat chicks LOL
Congrats on all of your NSVs !!!! You are making me more dedicated than ever to just not eat all of the Xmas food to come. Thanks !!! You are walking the walk. Bravo !!

Thin... that teacher just makes me sick. How did the interview go ?
They won't be able to call you as a witness after that... will they ??
Thanks for the info on Fillo dough.

Terri ... you go girl !!! You too are walking the walk. I am impressed.

Sandy, Gail and Lucky.... I read your posts and was going to reply.. but hubby is calling for FOOD... so I have to run. Plus my O U game starts in less than 2 hours and I have to get to the store for Game Day food.

Michelle... my scale is staying the same too. I have been less active than the days I was losing quickly. I need to get myself MOVING again.

Leanne.. thanks for update on your weather. My husband has always said he would like to go to Australia more than anywhere else for a vacation. Sounds like we wouldn't want to leave. :)

Chris... sounds like you had a nice evening out.
Tell your husband Happy Birthday ... and happy anniversary to you.

A Quickie

I got up and exercised first thing in the morning on a Saturday - a first for me. On weekends I tend to put it off until later in the day.

Having :coffee: before heading out to go shopping. Since my one sister will be here for Thanksgiving I want to have all their gifts ready so they can take them back with them!!! Saves me shipping costs!!!

Lisa, did you get snow? They said we would be it's nice out - those weather people never get it right!!!!

See ya later.

Hey ladies sorry I haven't been keeping up to date :( it may be a bit too much info, but my period this month was just **** to deal with. I didn't exercise - and I didn't really eat. It just left me completely out of it.

But today its over and I feel awesome and I can't wait to make up for the (2-3) missed days :) Hope you all are doing well.

Already up at at Curves today! I see what some of you ladies have meant about that place. Don't know if it was in this forum or not, but the hours there DO SUCK. It's pretty aggrevating actually. I'm gonna tough it out there for 11 more months, though before I join a regular gym. I AM going to go and get some videos to do at home when I can't go to Curves and maybe just get a couple of days in extra a week without having to go there. That's where my mom, daughter and I are headed this afternoon. Gotta go get a Christmas tree too. It's raining and pouring right now! Perfect shopping weather, LOL. We're headed to souper salad for lunch. I'm famished after working out and would love a huge salad with tons of veggies right now.

Thin-- thanks for saying so about the dinner. I've been doing things like this with my job for years now, and I KNOW it's great for the elderly and their families. Sometimes it's just really easy to forget why you're doing it. My first thought was, "God, I can't work out tonight" LOL. But so many people got to spend that time with their families for a few hours and it was wonderful. The sad part is seeing those that didn't have anyone there with them.

gmalil-- I love to be able to give blood. I haven't done it a lot in my life, but I want it to be something I do more regularly. I was bugging my boss a few months ago about getting a blood bank out for the employees to donate in the parking lot, and then she heard about the little girl in the hospital, who just happened to be from her church. It was great they did this for her.

Sandy-- It was a beautiful experience, and it was great to see all of us adminstrative staff come together as a team to do this for them. I sure need the extra points from Santa!!

Mom just pulled up so we can shop!! I'll be back later to reply to everyone else!

Love ya'll!!

Good evening! I am tired. I went to the mall today and it is soooo crowded!! I got some Christmas shopping done--there were some good sales! :) I'm on program and I'm actually drinking a lot of water--I'm on my third 16 oz. glassful. That is a lot of water for me. :D

Love those turkeys Barb.g!

Michelle, hang in there--you're going to get that exercise in this week before the big Turkey Day! Thankfully, I'm not cooking this year--we're going down to Va. Beach to spend it with my parents and then spending the next day with my fil.

cd, you've had a time of it this month with the pms. Bless your heart.

I know I've bypassed a lot of people with the personals but the phone keep ringing and I'm tired. Forgive me. I'll check in in the morning when I can think! Going to go veg out on the sofa.

The Spring Fling 2 sounds like so much fun. I'm guessing its in Detroit? Did I read that somewhere...can't remember.

I am tired!
