Two years ago I did really well and got down to 219lbs from 330lb but then it sky rocketed back up and more to 344. I am so disheartened by it and I just can't seem to get back to eating healthy again. Or even going to the gym. I just always feel tired and have cravings to eat bad food. I want to get down to between 160-180 I have some severe health problems that would significantly benefit from the weight loss and my relationships would also benefit I just can't seem to get started. SO....I thought maybe getting some help from people who have been through it or are going through it now might help me get back on the right track. I hope to meet some great people here and to make some new friends. I have ver high hopes
