My title was written not to offend anyone who is 300 pounds of more. I have been struggling with my weight for years. For thelast four years, I have had severe cases of bronchitis, asthma,sinusitis, high blood pressure and fibroids. My weight hovered between 285 - 290 pounds. I noticed a month ago that my blood pressure was higher than normal.
Erricah is my username I live in NJ I am separated with 2 older children who still lives with me I have one cat name Annette (she is crazy and moody like me but loves my children to death) :carrot: As of tomorrow, I will be joining Retro Fitness. :carrot::carrot: I do have a specific amount of weight that I want to lose but I am more concerned about losing is slowly.
