Took a detour on my weightloss journey, trying to get back on track now
Hi everyone. The title says it all. After losing 60 lbs, I regained about 25 lbs and I'm trying to get back on track. I followed Medifast to lose the weight, then I just stopped for no apparent reason. The program works but it's also hard to stay committed. I don't know when or why I lost my commitment, but I did and that lasted for several months. I'm trying to be accountable again and recommit to following my eating plan. Lord knows that it's hard, but at least I'm not where I was at this time last year. I'm hoping to get more involved on this thread.
