Sorry I keep disappearing, my head is not where it needs to be.
I did get a lot of exercise over the last two days - shoveling snow. We go almost 30" (76 cm) in 2 days! Today is sunny with a bitter cold wind blowing the snow into huge drifts.
My goals:
1.Honestly track every bite.
2. Check in here every day or two.
I need to seriously try to check in more then Monday nights
Anyway rowing going pretty well today
Stuck to blue dot range - optimum weight loss range
Fish and warm salad dinner tonight a piecemeal of gluten free homemade slice lemon 🍋 and peach 🍑 Icing on it too
Must try avoid the second bit will put me over but it's ok as will track it if I do and
Onto tomorrow where one shall
Hello ladies.
Life is keeping me super busy! Our 7th grandchild arrived 3 weeks ago. He was actually due today.
I am still losing weight. It's been 13 months and I hit 74lbs.
My weight loss has sped up a bit since I'm drinking a gallon of water a day. I am not exercising as much as I should. Need to work on that.
Um I'm swimming 🏊 for my boat trying to catch up
Half a pizza and warm chocolate chip cookies 🍪 Way too much food yesterday
Complete blow out 😱😵and weigh in tomorrow!
