I don't know. I like these type of threads. I don't feel like I fit in on the current daily post type of threads.

I'm back (if anyone remembers me at all). I was actually 301.8 lbs the last time I was here like 2 years ago. Since then I've graduated college and am applying to professional school. As someone trying to be a doctor I really need to get my health together. I also had, like, a one month long hypertension scare in June. So I'm back. I actually started a blogspot blog. Won't link it because that's probably not allowed. But I am on instagram as alyhealthyfitlife. Feel free to follow me (let me know you're from here and I'll follow you back!). My blog is linked there. I have like....3 or 4 blog posts up. If you guys have weight loss blogs I would love to read yours as well!

ANYWHO.

I am 338.6 lbs right now. I will update here weekly until I get out of this 10 lb bracket. I hope others in the 330s join me here!

Hi Alyssarof2012. Welcome back. I'm sorry to hear you've gained since you were here last, but college life can do that. Don't focus on what you've gain, but on what you are going to lose! It's commendable to want to be healthy to represent your chosen medical field.

You ARE permitted to post a link to your weight loss blog, as long as you are not advertising or promoting a weight loss supplement or a for-profit weight loss plan. Most people find it inspiring to follow along with someone's weight loss program.
