Still fighting the I don't cares.
My goal is to remind myself, several times a day, of my reasons why I need to keep trying. I think that the thought of my inability to do things that used to be easy, and risking years of what is left of my life, might just be what I need to get me back on track.
So I'm going to smile and get myself back on plan.

Hey J-Ann, it's been awhile, wishing you a dry segment , are you still following Smart Points? What are you biggest challenges on your journey? For me, I am doing calorie counting, and my biggest challenges have been binge-eating & now talking myself out of unnecessary junk food.

Do you have filling and healthy ww option or no count as it is also called perhaps try that for a month if we use the same app it's a quick switch in settings

I'm doing well this period though tracking wasn't as good as it could have been was focused enough to shed 3 pounds this week
Now to try up water again hard in cold months for me
