So...I haven't checked in much, but I also haven't just sat around.
5/12 - 46 minute walk 5/13 - 29 minute lawn mowing 5/14 - 12 minute walk 5/15 - 25 minute walk 5/16 - 15 minute elliptical 5/16 - 25 minute walk 5/17 - 15 minute ellliptical 5/17 - 23 minute walk Hmm. :( 190 minutes don't sound like very much. 1,666 + 190 minutes = 1,856 minutes total! |

Catching up from the weekend.
Friday night at the Y - Elliptical - 16 minutes, Weights - 39 minutes, Treadmill - 15 minutes. Sunday at the Y - Elliptical - 10 minutes, Weights - 19 minutes, Treadmill - 25 minutes. Total for the weekend = 124 minutes 2117 + 124 = 2241 minutes! |
...and another 24 minutes walking at lunch.
2241 + 24 = 2265 minutes! |
30 min morning workout
55 min of Zumba tonight 85+2265= 2350 Minutes!! |
