Hello Everyone! I am so glad to have stumbled upon this wonderful site. I have been looking for support so this time on my weight loss journey i have some form of support. I have Recently started working out...again...as well as dieting the right way, over the past year and a half or so i have gained almost 60 pounds. I walk 6 days a week at a nearby park with a beautiful 2 mile trail, i've been doing about 3.5 miles a day and roughly around 10,000 steps. I use a Garmin vivosmart Hr. So far i have lost 8 pounds. look forward to getting to know some of you fantastic ladies.
