  • Hello Everyone! I am so glad to have stumbled upon this wonderful site. I have been looking for support so this time on my weight loss journey i have some form of support. I have Recently started working out...again...as well as dieting the right way, over the past year and a half or so i have gained almost 60 pounds. I walk 6 days a week at a nearby park with a beautiful 2 mile trail, i've been doing about 3.5 miles a day and roughly around 10,000 steps. I use a Garmin vivosmart Hr. So far i have lost 8 pounds. look forward to getting to know some of you fantastic ladies.

    Things are very quiet on here lately but please stick around it should perk up any day now.
    You say you are dieting the right way. We are all different so our right way may not be right for someone else. We try to support everyone. What is working for you?
