August Exercise Thread

  • Did T25 cardio. Was gonna do a walk but I have to get stuff done for church tonight. No extra walk. Maybe after.
  • No exercise today. Glass in my foot that I can't get out. Hopefully will get it out so that I can work out tomorrow.
  • Didn't get the glass out. Ah well. Did my two t25 workouts that I was supposed to do yesterday. Today was supposed to be a rest day. Just flipped them. Can't get off track.
  • good job, sorry about the foot pain with the glass, I know how annoying that is
  • went for a short walks of 20 and then 10 minutes this morning, ran around with my neice for about 10 mins playing tag in a square you cant leave at 4yr old pace
    Swimming - instruction treading water not actual swimming (3 hours!)...
    total steps today 13488 goal on my garmin vivofit tracker and got them in

    I have danced from the age of 13 in various forms or other walked most days
    swam heaps - swimming or aqua jogging/aqua aerobics if you can is always a good exercise option as its very low impact on sore joints too.

    Today I did the scheduled T25.
  • Didn't wanna workout today. Super stressed about school and my health in general. The funds for my last semester of college are messed up. About to do my speed 1.0 T25 workout anyways. Can't get behind over temporary emotions and situations.
  • Didn't workout yesterday. Prioritized other things. So I caught up by doing a double workout this morning. Did T25 cardio and lower body focus this morning. Also have been walking a lot more today (college classes started up today). Met my step goal before 2pm. Usually I struggle meeting it. So this was a good day. Will probably exercise one more time today (my mom wants to do a 1 mile walk).
  • Today was my double workout day. Have a migraine (been there since I woke up) but I did both workouts anyway.
  • No workout today it is rest day.
  • Where is everyone?

    I kinda dragged my feet this morning. Really didn't wanna "waste" time working out when I'm not feeling like it is doing much for me (aesthetically), but in the name of consistency I am gonna get up right now and do it while I still have plenty of time before class. The results will come with consistency.
  • Today did 11 miles of road biking. I have been cycling most days since May 2016 - ~ 750 miles so date. 10-20 miles most days with a few weeks off due to travel for fun and for work. My husband goes with me and we are both enjoying the time together and the results. Please tell me more about T25. I need to find something to do in the winter.
  • Last night I went and joined the local sword fighting club I joined last couple of years first time in ages I have been able to get to a training session its fun without feeling like work
    went for a walk this morning for about 35 minutes (played Pokemon go .. it's very good motivation to walk too)
    tonight I take a bellydance class and going for a second walk later before picking up children from school
