Hey Everyone

I've recently joined back up to the site and after someone to be my weight loss buddy. Despite me being 25 I don't use the metric system to weigh myself and stick to stone and pounds! I'm currently 19 stone 13lbs , 5'6 and from the UK. Anyone preferably from the UK ( other countries are cool too but it's just the time difference )

Hay Hannah!

I have recently came back after joining last year. I am 27 from Scotland and I use both systems lol I like to use lbs because It isn't familiar so it is like counting in a different language .

I am currently 22.2 Stone, However I have lost 12lbs since January on a 1lbs a week diet I was on with some mates. No you haven't counted wrong lol, I was not able to finish my Honours Degree Dissertation without cups of tea and chocolate digestive biscuits..... which meant that I did not Loose (or Gain) for 6 weeks.

The goal was to be 299lbs which is 21.3 Stone by the end of June at my Graduation. The goal was set so that I can get out of the 300's. This means that while I have lost 12lbs, I want to loose as much of as possible another 12lbs in just 4 weeks
