Stick like glue to my WW program. I'm getting it together!

This leg my goal is to get all my water in. (Stay out of the water with the rest of my plan too.)

Sip, sip sip, Ubee. There are bottles of ice water, slices of lemon and even packets of TrueLemon, orange and lime in the galley. (This IS a power life boat!) If you haven't tried it google "TrueLemon", great stuff.

Stayed dry yesterday. Had to work around a bad choice but fit it into my points w/o disaster.

Dry again yesterday.

Gained half of a pound over the last week. Grrrr!

Hi Judy.
Sorry I went missing . My MIL passed and it was a busy week.
I spent the whole while in the water.
I am back in the boat today.
I am sure if you stick to it that half pound plus more will be gone in no time.
