Hi, I just joined 3FC 1.5wks ago and it has been such an inspiration and have lost 13lbs since, which I am so grateful for. I just wanted to introduce myself in the 300+ club, but hope to be in the 200+ club soon. Actually, that is my first minigoal. I just wanted to say that I thank everybody who uses this website because it has been my greatest tool in helping me with weight loss. I don't feel alone and the goals and minigoals sections make me feel like it is 100% possible for me to change especially when I have always failed before.

There are many people under 300 that post here. Don't think that you have to switch groups just because a number on a scale. I like the people here.

Hi kiwi,
This group of ladies (and the occasional chap) has kept me sane during the last 3 years of yo/yo/yo/yo/ dieting. More than just a diet and exercise forum I have felt that some have become proper cyber friends...even when I am a very bad friend and don't post for ages!
Welcome and well done for your loss so far....don't be afraid to post when you are uninspired and eating Maltesers as you post. I stopped posting for a while when I was doing badly and that is just when you need your cyber support the most!
