Still eating too many carbs. I need to get some fruit ASAP!

Today I went over calories by 200. I'm not letting it throw me off. I didn't exercise. This week I will try to 4 times

Still not POP but working my way back.

I've had 4 POP days and the scale is up a hair. Lots of cold meds may play in to that. Giving in and going to the doc tomorrow. I did get an hour in the pool today.

I didn't get to WW yesterday. It was snowing and about 0º. I stayed home. |
Had a funny weekend. Saturday I ate crap. Yesterday was stress filled and I did not eat enough but what I did eat was healthy.
Hoping today will be normal and POP! |

Ah, perfectly on plan - got it! :) I can't be POP at the moment. I'm IHNP - "I have no plan"! Seeing my doctor this afternoon and seeing if she has any suggestions to help me.
