10 Days In The Life Boat #111
Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?
Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

I'm going to try mental goals this leg.
1. Everyday I'm going to find something to be proud of w/i my weight loss journey.
2. I'm going to try to see myself not as others physically see me but as I want to be seen. (I hope this makes sense - not sure how to word it.)

A new leg already? Thanks Judy.
It does make sense. Lately I realize people who love me see me different from those I annoy. I guess I do the same to them.
Anyhow this leg I am going to challenge myself to exercise for at least 15 minutes a day. This is huge for me.

Wet. Food is good but I forgot to exercise. Need to get exercise on my radar.

WooHoo! Still dry.
These goals are working. 2 days in a row have been good to myself and stuck to my WW pts!

Nice job!
Bitter cold here so using the as a reason not to swim this morning - better figure out some other way to get moving.
Dry here.
