Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #81

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.

I managed to stay dry as we approached the dock yesterday.

My goals for this leg are:
1. To eat w/i my WW guidelines.
2. To get in 60 oz of fluids daily. This is a tough one for me. Especially in winter.

Hmmm… I thought I already jumped in the boat. Wonder where my post went.

Ah well. I'm in again. I was really close to dry the whole trip last time.

My goals are:

1. Stick to WW points.
2. Get enough water to not have heart palpitations. (You wouldn't think that would be hard…)
3. Keep trying to work back up to 30 minutes of cardio daily.

Today was dry!

YAY.

Dry today for me. Got through 20 minutes of kickboxing, though I was pretty slow for the last 10 minutes.

Here's two towels, Judy… I laid in a fresh supply.

Another dry day here.

Staying dry here! Weather's much nicer on the boat than at home, don't you think?

Dry yesterday. It's warm and sunny on the boat. Maybe we can troll a lobster pot.

LOL. Alas, I can not tolerate lobster. But I'll help you if you want it.

I'm calling today dry even though it's not quite bedtime. I've got 5 points left for the day and I'm not craving or hungry, I already exercised, and I've almost polished off a pot of decaf this evening, so I think I'm good.

I've lost track of the days, Judy…. are we hitting the dock on Sunday?

Yes Angela. We reset our goals, stretch and take off again on Sunday.
I'm declaring today damp. I hit the extra points pile for chips. Big mistake.

Ah, chips. Evil nemesis. We shall not let them defeat us!

I'm declaring today dry again. Eating was fine (though I'm almost out of veggies in the house, so didn't get as many of those as usual). Doing better with water than usual, and I did 20 min. kickboxing, 30 min. yoga, and 26 minutes walk/jogging.

So I'm actually ready to set some new goals tomorrow, I think.
