Japanese! Chicken terriyaki and veggie skewer, vinegar slaw and orange and almond sliver salad with sesame dressing and a 85% cocoa dark chocolate bar (small size) for dessert!

Today was maple apple glazed salmon, with mashed sweet potatoe, and roasted asparagus, mushroom and brocolli, and quinoa. And a spinach/kale/arugala starwberry almond salad. decadence at its best!

I had parmesan crusted baked tilapia and cheesy broccoli. One of my favorite meals. :D
1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp panko, 1/2 tbsp parm, garlic powder, and black pepper on top of a tilapia filet. (I made 4) baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Lots of protein, less than 400 calories (for 2!) |
Last night was a low cal chicken spaghetti and large salad - about 400 cal
Tonight is pot roast with green beans |
