Hi there. I have three kids, so I know how hard it can be. I have a 5 year old, a 2 year old and a 9 month old. Yea its harder, because I can't just get up and go to the gym whenever I want, but it can be done. Start eating healthier. Start small... baby steps. You can count calories, do weight watchers... there are tons of options. I personally find calorie counting the easiest. If you don't drink a lot of water, start. Cut out soda. Start moving more. If you have a stroller, take your baby for walks. If you can, invest in a work out dvd or look some exercises up on YouTube. I'm here if you need to talk.
