  • My 10 day goals:
    Stick like glue to my WW program weigh in there weekly.
    Drink,Drink,Drink my water.
    Think positively about why I want to lose.
  • Yikes. Sorry for abandoning ship.

    My goals are about the same: Stick to my points, EXERCISE even it it's just 20 minutes daily, and WATER WATER WATER.

    I was dry yesterday.
  • Went yesterday.

    Hauled myself back in the boat this morning, dried off, and plan to row hard today.
  • Damp yesterday but I hung on to my seat so I didn't get soaked.
  • Still damp but getting dryer.
  • Whoa, Judy, glad you're at least still here. Oh boy. I keep falling in the water.

    Today was my WI day, and I'm now exactly where I was before I started falling out of the boat. So I'm grateful for that.

    But that means I've been stalled for almost three months, I think... and I can't allow that to go on.

    So today, I have just TWO things on my ABSOLUTELY MUST DO agenda: Eat on plan and get 20 minutes of intentional exercise.

    Hope you're drying out.
  • I'm wearing a life jacket and hanging on to the side of the boat.. If I can just get "Stop and NO" back into my vocabulary I'd have the strength to climb back aboard.
  • I'm right in the same place, Judy. I did fine on Wednesday--ate OP and got my 20 minutes on. Yesterday my head was under water, I was so far out of the boat. Today I started out strong and then got a little wet.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    My goal is to get back in the boat for the remainder of the day. That means I will have to eat a LIGHT dinner despite eating out with DH, as we always do on Fridays. If we go to the Italian place, I will order from their "light" menu and SKIP THE BREAD. If we go to our other regular spot, it will be soup and salad. And I must get my 20 minutes of exercise in.

    We've done it before, we can do it again.
