My goals this leg are to:
1. Be aware of what I'm putting in my mouth.
2. Drink, drink, drink water.
3. Ask "Why?" before I eat off plan to make myself accountable.
4. Keep my mind and hands busy.

My goals:
Exercise 7/10 days regardless of how bleh I feel.
Don't eat my exercise calories 5/10 days.
Cook at home at least 8/10 days.
Start parking farther away from the door EVERYWHERE.
Purchase a scale so I don't have to wait months in between weigh-ins.

This 10 days I will:
Stay within my calorie allowance.
Exercise every day.
Get 7 hours of rest each night.
Drink no calorie/very low calorie beverages.

Hey ladies, I've been MIA but mostly dry.
This leg I want to stay within my points, exercise daily, push water, and have lunch planned for the next day before I go to bed each night.
I'm okay on eating and exercised today but not yesterday; also haven't been keeping up with my water. I'll get there before bed tonight.

of the things I planned the 7 hours of sleep at night is not quite happening... so I guess I keep getting splashed in the face with water... LOL
