Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #53

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry.

I bought a pineapple this afternoon. Tomorrow I'll chop it up, and have some with my sandwiches for lunch each day for work.
I would have bought strawberries again (I had strawberries last week), but the only ones they had left were all bruised. Oh well, pineapple is one of my favourites anyway!

I've not planned next week's fruit yet... that will depend on what they have in the shop next Monday.

Still, progress is progress, so it's all good.

POP day for me yesterday.

Judy - how was the trip?

This 10 days will be focused on veggies - lots of them.

I did good the last 10 day with just one slip up when I was keeping the grans at a hotel and gave in to the free food. Scales moved down last segment.
My plan this segment is more exercise, more water, and more veggies.
Yesterday was a OP day! Got some exercise and also lots of water. I was a bit low on veggies. Im shooting for 7 servings a day.

POP so far here. My goals continue to be: stick to WW points, stay hydrated, and get at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 6 days a week. For this segment, I'm going to add getting back to trying to avoid sitting for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Lots of fluffy warm towels for anyone who needs them. Use them for comfort instead of food. POP day for me.
