I haven't been doing very well with my goals so I'm going to try to think before I put something in my mouth and stick like gorilla glue to my WW points.
I'm staying OP with my calories (20 days not including today!). I plan to implement more exercise somewhere. I'm doing it on the weekends, but that's not enough!
I'm going to stick to my WW points; I also want to make breakfast at home at least two weekdays next week, and I want to shoot for 6,000 pedometer steps daily (I started at 3,000 and made it to 6,000 for the first time today).
woohoo started this round in my seat and rowing. My plan is to stay on track with calories and also drink all my water and exercise at least a few days a week.
I stuck my foot in the water today at lunch and had a slice of pie. I made up for it by skipping dinner since lunch was a little late. I love it when you feel like your cheating but your able to work it in.
Well I did great all day saturday until hubby decided to go get warm doughnuts from a local sweet shop here. BAck in the boat and glued my tail to the seat again. lol
