65 lbs. lost and never to be found
Since mid-May I've been carefully calorie counting/tracking and as of this morning I've lost 65 lbs.
I have to say, this has been surprisingly painless. I've acquired some good habits for life and lost some bad ones. I don't beat myself up over the occasional splurge or get freaked out if the scale goes the wrong direction one week.
I've got a long way to go—as in I have to do this 3 more times—but I'm pumped and ready to go.
So, here's to 2013 and wishing you all a year of success.
