I just wanted to stop by for a minute & tell you all that I'm back on the weight loss bandwagon. I was very successful last year, lost a lot of weight, then really lost steam for following my plan. I just stopped tracking my calories & it was so easy to let it go.
I was very pleased when I finally stepped back on the scale this week, to see that I'd only gained three pounds in all of my slacking.
I've got four days POP under my belt & am excited to see the changes in my body that are waiting for me, right around the corner.
I started in a size 32W, now I'm wearing a 22W. My goal right now is to get into 18W.
Really I think I just wanted to solidify my new commitment to myself, by jumping back in here & telling others that I'm working my plan!
