Im excited for you! I cant wait to be in the same boat! But I was just wondering how you are losing?? What are you doing? My current weight is 333 so Im close to your beginning weight, it will be awesome to be under 300 eventualy! But I kinda need some tips! Anything is appreciated!
On a side note, do what feels comfortable with you. If you're new to weight loss, you might want to take it slower at first. Try to identify the really bad habits you have and work on them, on at a time. For example, if you drink a lot of juice and soda (so a lot of liquid calories), try cutting down. If you could drink just water, it's the best.Originally Posted by xdementedx

If snacks are an issue for you, prepare healthy snacks in advance so you won't turn to junk food or suggary stuff. One of the things I had problems with recently was not bringing my lunch at work and buying something in a restaurant or at the cafeteria. This is food for which I didn't have much control on what was in it. It will almost always be more calories than my own lunch. I'm working on bringing my lunct to work (did it every day this week).
Once you feel in control, you can start calorie counting (quite daunting at first) or car counting or whatever you choose. It's just easier not to dive in full on at first. It's easier to say "I'll cut liquid calories as much as I can" than starting to count calories. By targeting those goals, you get some motivation going and it's easier to move to a more structured plan at that point.
