Beginning May 14, for 10 days, I will begin my juice cleanse. I really need it because I have been having cravings and giving in to those cravings (peanut butter cups, kit kats, jelly beans, more peanut butter than I should have and all kinds of junk). So, I need to cleanse my body AGAIN and get rid of all of those toxins and crap in the crap that I ate. And I also plan to say on track with my exercise. I did good for 2 weeks and then I started slacking.
all right then, well i do not know how many days into this challenge we are, but my goal this week will be small. i am going to stop having any carb based snack, full stop. not even going to wean myself off of them. i think this is why my blood sugar goes out of wack. all snacks will be either protein based, or fresh fruits/veggies.
my long term (three month) goal is to see the doctor at the beginning of august/end of july and have my A1C and all my testing done.
I'd forgotten to transfer the life ring and buoys from the last trip but I've found a new set on board so the life ring and 2 buoys (3 days dry so far for me on this segment) are attached to the stern. If you need them just grab on and we'll tow you in.
