More April minutes:

50 minutes mowing and raking
50 minutes walking

Personal goal: 170/400

Group Total : 3391 + 100 = 3491

today was my day off from exercise but my mom and I took my 2 yr old nephew to the ocean today. Walked for an hr and a half in the sand and played in the freezing cold crashing waves. Tomorrow I get back to the exercise. The super hard cardio class I tried last week is again tomorrow. What doesn't kill you makes ya stronger!

Ok I am a newbie to this my goal is to add walking to my daily routine.. I have two girls at school part of my plan was to walk with them - but that just isn't working

I have kinetic combat on the play station and plan to use that 3 times a week
(Have done that once this week so far)

I go to an aqua fit class 2 times a week and sometimes swim on other days -but this is only during the summer months
I also teach a belly-dance class for an hour nights a week
and for 2 hours every Friday

ok so most people are surprised by how much exercise I get as I weigh over 300 pounds


My personal goal is to loose 110 pounds (about 50 kg)

I know there is a curvy woman inside this overweight frame wanting to get out..

Exercise for yesterday 37 minutes on the tredmill = 350 calories burned
Exercise for this morning 40 minutes on the tredmill @ 3-3.5mph at an incline no lower that 2.0 = 450 calories :carrot:

WEEKLY Goal - to do 4 hours or more
This week
Monday 30 mins dance 20 mins walk 1 hour aqua areobics -1 hour50mins today
Tuesday 45 mins dance
60 mins Kung fu/kinetic combat -1 hour 15 mins
Today / Wednesday 60 mins Aqua areobics, and 20 mins walking -1 hour 20 mins

Total so far.. 3 hours 25 mins

mon - squats, bench + elliptical 30 minutes - done
tuesday one armed rows+ elliptical 50 minutes - done
wed OHP, deadlifts + elliptical 20 minutes - done
thurs elliptical 60 minutes
friday squats, bench, rows + elliptical 30 minutes
saturday - elliptical 60 minutes
sunday - elliptical 30 minutes

Sunday here... last day of week for me .. I start things on Mon with the kids...
Yesterday Kinetic combat 1 hour... Danced last night for an hour
today went for a hours walk... add to my personal ... 3.hrs and 25 mins then I have 6 hours 25min... 2 hours over my minimum....

walked kids to school 20mins twice this week (40 mins)
only 20 mins left to go.. this week and tomorrow I have a Middle eastern dance workshop I am teaching that starts with a 10 min perfromance

Hello I just joined silver sneakers and I love it. I thought it would be easy:dizzy:Could barely get through the class. I had to do most of the exercises sitting down with a 80's something lady. The combo exercise class and the Dukan diet is working beautifully
