Sounds like you've got some good plans for activity! I like seeing that. Do you have any type of food plan in mind?
There are a few threads you might be interested in... there's a "Let's Get Out of the 300's" thread, there's a "Lifeboat Challenge" that's stickied at the top of the 300's section. It's about staying on plan. After all, staying on plan is what's going to get us to not only lose weight, but to keep it off.
I had at one point lost just over 100 lbs. But here I am. Gained it back (thankfully there was no 'and then some'). I restarted in April, and am feeling pretty good.
The biggest thing for me this time is just sticking to my plans one day at a time. I know myself. I'm good at committing. So I commit. I may not be the fastest walker, I may not always choose the perfect combination of foods, but I'm here. I'm eating less. I'm moving more. And I feel a HECK of a lot better than I did 3 months ago.
And I'm here.
