Day 5 went superbly with LOTS of activity for me.
Day 6 is currently going well, too. Got in my walk nice and early, and not having any problems staying within my food points. :) |
Day 6 is ending well for me. I had 1278 calories today. I wanted to go low today since I was on the high end yesterday.

Day 6 was a great no soda day. I did have bday cake, but counted it.

wow its day 7 already. Day 6 was great for me. Lots of garden veggies. :) Worked in my yard for an hour. Worked up a good sweat.

Breezed through Day 6 POP. Under calories and something like 9 servings of fruit and veg!!

Hi everyone!
Days 1-4 successful except for the exercise because I had to wait for my doctor to give me a go signal. I got it yesterday. I am currently on day 5 = I started off with 45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym downstairs. It was a little nerve-racking on my part to go to the gym. I pass it every single day and see so many fit people but today I put my insecurities aside and did it. I feel good about myself and I feel accomplished when i look at my sweaty t-shirt. :) It's a good start. |
What an awesome day! Had a substitute trainer tonight that kicked my tail! Feels so good having 7 days POP!

I had a rockin' day 7. Kept to my calories and ate a BOATLOAD of veggies from the garden (peas, beans, tomatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash!). At some point I may need to up my protein, but I'm feeling really strong right now! Let's bring on Day 8!! |
I have a side challenge going on in sarge's boot camp for 100 days on plan. I figured why not come and post and get support here too? Good luck to you all! By my calculations my 100 days will end 2 days after my birthday..ouch. That one will be hard LOL

I struggled a bit last night at dinner. I wanted more potatoes and meat.I didnt allow myself to do it.It was a real fight within myself. Glad I survived the meal.
Today Im going with hubby to his dr appointment in a town over an hour away. I know it will include a meal out. LORD help me make good choices! It feels so good to have a week of eating right behind me. |

Day 7 went great, but I left my tracking sheet at work LOL. I'll see how much protein I made when I get there this morning.
